Every site has them and this website is no different.
1. Team Chu-Nder is NOT a club, association or affiliated body. Team Chu-Nder is a name given to a individual bikers who want to stay fit, have fun and get muddy.
2. We expect each rider to have their own insurance cover. As team Chu-Nder is not a club the owners of this site do not take responsibility for damage to anyone bike, body, equipment or third party accidents.
3. The owners of this site does not operate a subscription/ club membership policy. As such no rider is expected to join any club, provide fees or in anyway participate in club activities.
Exceptions:
Team Chu-Nder riders meet at the Look Out in Bracknell Berkshire. The Look Out operate a cycle permit system for all bikers using the facility. Team Chunder riders should always have a current permit, helmet and bike appropriate for the conditions.

Team Chu-Nder Declaration: By riding out with Team Chu-Nder I/we confirm that I/we have no medical condition which could restrict me/us from participating in the fun day. I/we agree to indemnify the organisers, the land owners and any person connected with this event from any liability whatsoever resulting in personal injury (whether fatal or otherwise), loss, damage, or expense caused. I/we agree to wear a hard shell cycle helmet and that I/we participate in this rideout/event entirely at my/our own risk and that I/we must ride in a manner which is safe for myself and others. I/we agree that it is solely my/our decision to take part in this ride out event. I/we confirm that the cycle that I/we use in this event is in good working order and properly maintained.
Swinley Cycle Permit Declaration: By riding out with Team Chu-Nder and purchasing the permit I/we agree to indemnify The Crown Estate, Team Chu-Nder, any person connected with this permit scheme from any liability whatsoever which I/we may cause, resulting in personal injury (whether fatal or otherwise), loss, damage or expense to property or possessions however such loss, damage or expense be caused by me/us. I/we agree to abide by The Swinley Forest Cycling Code of Conduct at all times, and by accepting the permit I/we acknowledge, accept and agree to observe these conditions. I/we understand that this permit is for my individual use, is not transferable and does not include family members.
